Spring 2026 is your chance to be part of Western Mass Youth Flag Football, the premier youth league for players boys & girls ages 4–17 (grades K–12)! Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned player, this program delivers skills, fun, and competition like no other.

*Bring your flags and flag belts new uniforms will be given to all Fall 2025 season returning players.

FUNDRAISING PAYMENT PLAN (WMYFFL Snap! Raise)

Our fundraising plan helps families who need financial assistance. Every child should have the opportunity to play!

How It Works

FOR EXAMPLE:

Campaign begins January 19, 2026 and lasts 28 days.
Players must complete their fundraising requirement before the season starts to secure their roster spot.
Snap! Raise handles emails, texts, and donation processing automatically.

Player Profile Requirements

Parents must provide the following to set up the fundraiser:

1. Use the following link to download the Snap Mobile App: snapmobile.app.link/download

2. Sign in to your account OR create a new account

3. Enter the join code: 642941810

4. Add your child's name and photo

5. Pick sizes for gear shop and prizes if applicable

6. Enter 20 quality email addresses (MANDATORY)

7. Enter 20 phone numbers (MANDATORY)

If Fundraising Requirements Are Not Met

If the fundraising goal is not reached by the end of the 28-day campaign:

The remaining balance must be paid by the parent/guardian before the season begins, OR
The player may be removed from the roster until the balance is completed.

If a Player Raises More Than the Required Amount

Extra funds will be applied to the player’s future seasons in the program.
Excess cannot be withdrawn as cash and can only be used for future program-related costs.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Families in need of additional support can apply for financial assistance through EveryKidSports.org.

This program helps ensure every child can participate regardless of financial constraints.

Purpose

This program and fundraising plan exist to make participation affordable and accessible while ensuring the league can operate responsibly and fairly for all players.

PROGRAM POLICIES

Field Location Policy

To provide the best experience for all players, the Western Mass Youth Flag Football League reserves the right to change field locations for practices or games as needed. Changes may occur due to scheduling conflicts, weather, or other operational considerations. We strive to minimize disruptions and will notify teams and families promptly of any updates.

Event Fee & Concessions

General admission to events: $7 per person Or $40 League pass .

Children under 17 enter free.

Concessions will be available at events; proceeds help support the league’s programs and operations.

Player / Parent / Coach Policy – Zero Tolerance

The Western Mass Youth Flag Football League maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior by players, parents/guardians, or coaches. Any form of verbal abuse, unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or disrespect toward officials, participants, or other spectators will not be tolerated. Violations may result in removal from the event, suspension, or dismissal from the league.

We thank all participants and families for promoting a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for youth football.

REFUND & NON-REFUND POLICY

All registration donations, event fees, and fundraising contributions are non-refundable.
Credits toward a future Western Mass Youth Flag Football session in 2026 may be issued at the league’s discretion for extraordinary circumstances (injury, illness, or league-wide cancellations due to public health emergencies).
No cash refunds under any circumstances.
Credits are valid only for the registering player and cannot be transferred to another player.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

League administration has full authority to cancel or postpone clinics, practices, and games. Coaches, parents, or school officials do not have discretion to override decisions.
Activities are automatically cancelled for severe weather warnings. Severe weather watches are at the discretion of league administrators.
Communication: Coaches and league administration will notify parents and update the session calendar.
Make-up: Extra practices may be scheduled at the head coach’s discretion. Make-up games are not mandatory but will always be considered .
